Troubleshooting
Credits did not update
When the number in the sidebar looks wrong.
- Refresh the page. The sidebar balance updates when a page loads. The Analyze threads page updates as each analysis finishes.
- An analysis in progress holds a credit until it finishes. The Account page shows this as "in progress".
- Free results (unreadable threads, failures) never change your balance.
- Expired credits disappear on their expiry date. Check the Account page for the expiry of each set of credits.
