ThreadMention ("we", "us") operates threadmention.com and the ThreadMention application. This policy explains what we collect, who processes it on our behalf, and the choices you have.
We use magic-link sign-in. We do not ask for or store passwords. To log you in, we send a one-time link to your email address.
We keep your email address, for sign-in and account communication. We keep your brand context: the brand name, variations, positioning, and any "never say" notes you enter, so drafts match your voice. For each thread you analyze, we keep the Reddit thread URL and title and the AI-generated draft we produce. We do not store the full bodies or comments of the Reddit threads we analyze. The scraped thread content is used only to generate your drafts and is not retained.
Our primary database and authentication run on Supabase, hosted in the European Union (London region, eu-west-2). Some services we rely on to deliver the product are based in the United States. Where data is transferred to the US, it is covered by standard data protection agreements (standard contractual clauses) with each provider.
We share data with a small set of providers only to operate the service:
When we introduce paid plans, a payment processor will handle billing as merchant of record and will receive your billing details directly. We are not collecting any payment data today.
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand general traffic on our website. It does not set cookies and does not identify you personally. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, so no cookie-consent banner is required.
Our fonts are self-hosted. Your browser does not contact third-party font providers when you visit.
You can delete your account and its associated data at any time from your account page, which removes your stored data (your right to erasure). For any privacy question or request, email hello@threadmention.com.
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version.
