Analysis failed
Confirmed failures and unconfirmed results: what each message means and when to check again.
| Message | What happened | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Didn't finish | A problem on our side stopped the analysis. | Try again in a minute. |
| Not saved | The analysis ran but couldn't be saved. | Choose Try again. |
| Unusable result | The AI returned something we couldn't use. | Choose Try again. |
| Still finishing | We haven't confirmed the result yet. | Choose Check again. It never charges twice. |
"Didn't finish", "Not saved" and "Unusable result" are confirmed failures and do not use a credit. "Still finishing" means the outcome is not yet confirmed: the analysis may already have been saved and charged. Choose Check again on the same card. Checking again does not create a second charge. A completed analysis uses one credit, including good, weak and skip. If the same thread keeps failing, email hello@threadmention.com with the link.
