Failed analyses and credits
You're only charged for completed analyses.
If an analysis can't be completed, the credit is never taken. The card will say "No credit used" and your balance stays the same.
If a card says Still finishing, we haven't yet confirmed whether the analysis was saved. Choose Check again. It's safe: it returns the saved result if there is one and never charges twice.
If you believe a credit was used for an analysis that failed, email hello@threadmention.com with the thread link and roughly when you ran it. We'll check and fix it.
