Purchased-credit expiry
Purchased credits last 12 months. Each purchase keeps its own expiry date.
- Purchased credits expire 12 months after the date of purchase.
- Each purchase has its own expiry date. Buying another pack doesn't extend credits you already have, and doesn't shorten them either.
- Credits that expire soonest are used first.
- Expired credits can't be used or refunded.
The Account page lists each set of credits with how many are left and when they expire.
