Deleting your account

Self-service, immediate and permanent.

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page, under "Delete my account". You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm.

Deleting your account:

• permanently removes your brands, drafts, analysis history and any remaining credits,
• happens immediately and can't be undone,
• signs you out.

Want a refund on a purchase? Ask before deleting. Unused credits are lost once the account is deleted. See Refunds.
