Account access

Your account is tied to your email address.

Your ThreadMention account belongs to the email address you sign in with. Anyone who can open that inbox can sign in, so keep your email account secure.

• Changing your email address: email hello@threadmention.com from your current address and tell us the new one.
• Lost access to your email: contact us from another address with as much detail as you can (when you signed up, any purchases). For your security we may not be able to move the account without proof that it's yours.
• Think someone else used your account? Tell us straight away at hello@threadmention.com.
• Sharing: each account is for one person. Sharing or reselling access isn't allowed under our Terms.
